Overnight Shipping

Next day delivery *after fulfillment* in the US only (with tracking)

Express Shipping

1-3 business days *after fulfillment* in the US and Canada (with tracking)

Standard Delivery Duty Paid Shipping

3-5 days *after fulfillment* in Canada only (with tracking)

Flat Rate Shipping

3-4 business days *after fulfillment* in the US / 5-20 days *after fulfillment* in Canada

*Fulfillment: Add 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.

**Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. The customer is responsible for those fees and paid to the appropriate customs agency.

Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items

If something arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, send a photo of the problematic items to [email protected]. If the provided proof is considered valid after further review, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Any claims must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. 

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Lost In Transit

It is your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the product was delivered.

**No exchange for return of a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered will be accepted/refunded.
