EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICIES

Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items

If something arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, send us a photo of the problematic item(s). If the provided proof is considered valid after further review, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Any claims must be submitted within 7 days after the product is received. 

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Lost In Transit

It is your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the product was delivered.

*NO EXCHANGE/RETURN/REFUND of a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered will be accepted.
